The staff typed KASIPAGAN instead of KAPASIGAN. I already pointed out the wrong address and I was told instead that I should check my address. Huh? But since I was already tired and getting mad after the series of stupidity, fine! I took my parcel and went to another LBC branch. Imagine the traffic, additional cost of going to LBC Cash and cary on December 23? There, I again have to line up and all. So YES, I am definitely mad, angry and traumatized. I still have three parcels that I am still psyching myself to go back to an LBC branch. But I hate them!
The above is the correct address received and paid for at LBC Cash and Carry.
I have no video and there is no CCTV of the transaction, in an investigation, it will be my word against the staff. My simple question then would be this, why would I have to endure the trouble of going from LBC Libertad to LBC Cash and Carry for this parcel? Imagine having to pay for the transportation and time going there. My response is because the arrogant, all knowing LBC staff knows more and wants to send my parcel to KASIPAGAN instead of the correct KAPASIGAN.
They even asked me to sign the receipt before they void it! I said NO. I just took my parcel and left.
LBC did not make me smile, LBC made me frown, angry, mad..
well, in a positive way, they forced me to write a letter and make this blog.
