Still waiting for a written apoogy

Good day to all!

Its now a tuesday, almost a week since I filed a letter.

I did got text and a call from someone who only introduced himself as Mr. Rene. I have texted a reply to him asking for a written apology. Never met him and now I wonder if he is real.

As a sign of good faith and to start moving on, I finally pushed myself to go back to the same LBC branch that have wronged me. I met the person there who apologized to me. BUT I still want and still waiting for a written apology. 

Funny, is it that hard to write an apology? Or they find it hard to document that they are really sorry?

I have deactivated this blog at the request of the offending party and activating it since I had waited for nothing.

In terms of their Facebook account, never got any reply or reaction.

They have have however tweeted me and gave me an email address.

Why blog LBC : Laking Bwisit Company

I have been trying to contact LBC through their website but never been successful to send my complaint on their site. I also have sent multiple private messages on their facebook, no response until now. I have likewise tweeted them on their tweeter which have finally replied and asked me my concern this afternoon.

I have filed a written complaint letter last January 6, wednesday. My letter was received but immediately informed they would not be able to act because their head is busy applying for renewal of business permits, etc.

Today, 8 January, Friday, I received a text from their head at 11:39am.

Hi mr reyes sir this is rene head of lbs handles libertad branches I just read your complaint today regarding the alleged stupidity of one f staffs sir I promise to give u feedback thx for the concern

Alleged?

That caught my ire. Why would I file, take time to write and submit if it was not true. He could have simply said complaint. This is not a court case that the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty. So, I need to prove my complaint...

Fine... what, I have to make another letter and then submit it there again?

So... I am forced to blog my sentiments and concern here...so I would not need to go back to their LBC Libertad branch. They already have caused me a lot .. anger, frustration, money, my time.

Proof of stupidity

This is the encoding made by the staff of LBC Pasay Libertad:


The staff typed KASIPAGAN instead of KAPASIGAN. I already pointed out the wrong address and I was told instead that I should check my address. Huh? But since I was already tired and getting mad after the series of stupidity, fine! I took my parcel and went to another LBC branch. Imagine the traffic, additional cost of going to LBC Cash and cary on December 23? There, I again have to line up and all. So YES, I am definitely mad, angry and traumatized. I still have three parcels that I am still psyching myself to go back to an LBC branch. But I hate them!



The above is the correct address received and paid for at LBC Cash and Carry.

I have no video and there is no CCTV of the transaction, in an investigation, it will be my word against the staff. My simple question then would be this, why would I have to endure the trouble of going from LBC Libertad to LBC Cash and Carry for this parcel? Imagine having to pay for the transportation and time going there. My response is because the arrogant, all knowing LBC staff knows more and wants to send my parcel to KASIPAGAN instead of the correct KAPASIGAN.

They even asked me to sign the receipt before they void it! I said NO. I just took my parcel and left.

LBC did not make me smile, LBC made me frown, angry, mad..

well, in a positive way, they forced me to write a letter and make this blog.
